The Observers: An artist and staff  collaborative project. It uses photography to create a series of sets that form a narrative. The work explores the views of the shop floor workers, administrative and management  staff and  the  notions of a close knit work force, challenging and sometimes uncomfortable yet in carrying out the experiment displaying a sense of humour, good will and unity. The final work was placed on the ArchitenLandrell intranet.
